The Klevener of Heiligenstein is none other than the ”Savagnin Rose’, distant relative of the Gewurztraminer! It is the most confidential wine of Alsace, a curiosity of the municipality of Heiligenstein established at the foot of Mount Sainte Odile and village near Barr.
With its velvety aroma and discreet nose, it reveals on the palate fruity aromas, exotic and slightly spicy but less exuberant than gewurztraminer. This gourmet wine will be appreciated throughout your meals.
