This elegant wine reveals smoky notes on the nose. In the mouth, it is balanced with a slight roundness. It goes perfectly with white meats, terrines, fried mushrooms and hard cheeses (Comté, Beaufort, Gruyère…).

Sweet white wine from Alsace
Harvested in mid-October, this wine has all the characteristics of a ripe harvest from our «Rotland» (red earth), in close proximity to our grand cru. At the time of harvest, most of the grapes were dried grapes. They are therefore notes of candied fruit, honey that you will find in this sweet wine with a generous and ample mouth. It is a great wine that will go perfectly with foie gras or dessert and will delight lovers of wine typified «selection of noble grains»!
