The Zotzenberg vineyard in Mittelbergheim, facing east and south, has its roots in clay-limestone soils that retain moisture. It is renowned for its sylvaner, so that this grape variety, which once provided a small white wine to drink under the arbor in plain, is here admitted as an exception. Intense and tonic on the nose, this wine blends white flowers. In the mouth, its power and freshness will make a great wine of gastronomy.
